Łabędzie i gęsi białoczelne.

Swans and greater white-fronted geese.

Poniżej kilka zdjęć sprzed miesiąca – gdy wiosna już zaznaczała swoją obecność, ale zima jeszcze dzielnie walczyła. Śnieg stopniał i woda zalała łąki za moim domem – jakże miła to odmiana po ubiegłorocznej wiośnie, kiedy było przeraźliwie sucho. Podczas spaceru, na który wybrałem się 6 marca spotkałem stadko łabędzi i gęsi białoczelnych – z tym drugim gatunkiem to moje pierwsze spotkanie.

Below are some photos thata I took a month ago – when the spring was having it’s mark but the winter was still fighting back. The snow melted and the water was all over the meadows behind my house – how nice compared to the previous year spring that was awfully dry. During a walk, that I took on 6 March, I met a few swans and greater white-fronted geese. That was my first encounter with the geese.

Mam swoje ulubione drzewo. Lubię je bo ma ciekawy kształt i rośnie samotnie na polu, dzięki czemu ładnie wychodzi na zdjęciach. Poniższe ujęcia zostały zrobione w lutym tego roku. Pogoda nie była wtedy zbyt piękna, ale dzięki temu, że leżało trochę śniegu i chmury były nisko udało mi się znaleźć dość proste i ciekawe kompozycje, które bardzo ładnie wyglądają w czerni i bieli.

I have a favourite tree. I like it because it has an interesting shape and it grows lonely on a field what makes it look nice on photographs. Above shots were taken in February this year. The weather wasn’t very nice that day, but thanks to the thin layer of snow and low level clouds I managed to find quite simple and interesting compositions that look really nice in black and white.
